WEB Membership Information

There is a savings if you complete your membership application online. You are not required to pay online to receive the savings! You will receive the additional savings whether you pay online with a credit card or mail your check! The only requirement is to complete the application online. Once you complete the online application, you will be asked to choose one of two payment choices:

Pay online with a credit card. Your membership will be activated immediately; or
Mail your payment to WEB. Your membership will be activated when your payment is received.

If you do not have access to a computer and wish to receive a paper membership application, please call WEB at 1-888-795-6862 toll-free. Higher rates apply for processing paper applications.
